Description
The Warehouse Manager reports to the ROM and oversees warehouse operations, including timely and accurate tire deliveries, inventory control, receiving, stocking, loading, vehicle and property maintenance, employee recruiting and scheduling, safety, conflict resolution, and paperwork. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of supervisory experience or equivalent education, strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to lift 75–100 pounds continuously, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work the second shift one week every two months when applicable. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
