Description
The Warehouse Manager reports to the ROM and oversees warehouse operations, including timely and accurate tire deliveries, employee supervision and development, vehicle and property maintenance, recruiting, scheduling, safety, inventory control, restocking, loading, paperwork, and conflict resolution. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of supervisory experience or equivalent education, strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to lift 75–100 pounds continuously, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work the stated M–F 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. schedule, with a second-shift requirement of one week every two months where applicable.
