Description
The Warehouse Manager oversees safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse operations in a food manufacturing environment, including receiving, inventory control, storage, material handling, shipping, transportation, and production coordination. The role maintains inventory accuracy, food safety, sanitation, traceability, and regulatory compliance; leads warehouse personnel; manages safety and equipment operations; and drives continuous improvement through KPIs, Lean Manufacturing, and operational projects. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 10+ years of warehouse leadership experience, 7+ years of management experience, food manufacturing experience, ERP/MRP, and WMS experience.
