Description
The Warehouse Team Coordinator supports the daily operations of a two-shift logistics warehouse in Sint-Niklaas by preparing and adjusting staff schedules, coordinating shift handovers, monitoring picking, packaging, and shipping performance, coaching employees, supporting onboarding and training, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. The role requires several years of logistics or warehouse experience, knowledge of lean principles and the 5S method, strong communication skills, and willingness to work early-late shifts. The gross monthly salary is €3,500–€4,800, with a 10% shift premium.
