Description
Randstad is hiring a full-time Warehouse Manager in southern Stockholm to lead the daily operations and development of a warehouse, manage a team of approximately 20 employees, establish documented warehouse processes, implement monitoring tools and key performance indicators, lead change initiatives, and allocate staffing for seasonal and volume variations. The role reports directly to the CEO and requires operational leadership experience in warehousing or logistics, process-improvement experience, systems proficiency, and relevant logistics or supply-chain education or background.
