SKUTOPIA is hiring a Fulfilment Centre Manager to run and continuously improve its automated Alexandria micro-fulfilment centre. The role owns inbound and outbound operations, the site P&L, workplace health and safety, customer-facing performance, AutoStore grid performance, automation uptime, vendor accountability, workforce recruitment and rostering, team development, peak-season planning, and environmental practices. Candidates should have leadership experience in fulfilment or warehouse operations, workforce rostering and recruitment, workplace health and safety, and problem-solving and data skills.
