Description
The client is hiring a Day-Shift Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inbound and outbound logistics, order processing, inventory accuracy, material supply to production, and relationships with carriers and suppliers. The role manages a team of eight colleagues, conducts performance reviews, supports employee development, and maintains compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality procedures. The position requires at least five years of logistics or warehouse experience, including management experience, familiarity with WMS and MS Office, fluent Dutch communication, and experience with transport equipment. The role is 100% on-site and includes meal vouchers, hospitalization and group insurance, and a company car.
