Description
POM Wonderful is hiring a Shipping and Conveyance Manager to lead plant shipping, conveyance, inventory, and material-flow operations. The role manages outbound shipments, inbound and outbound product documentation, customer shipment issues, inventory accuracy, ERP reporting, budgets, team hiring and performance, and food and plant safety. It requires at least four years of shipping and plant logistics experience, food-safety and audit experience, ERP and Excel proficiency, process-improvement and Lean/Six Sigma experience, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Base compensation is $100,000 to $135,000 with 10% bonus potential, and the position includes medical, vision, dental, and retirement benefits.
