Description
The Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse operations, supervises Warehouse Supervisors and Associates, develops schedules, monitors safety and regulatory compliance, evaluates performance, trains personnel, and supports hiring and P&L initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and either seven years of warehouse management experience or ten years of experience, along with WMS, food-safety, and leadership experience. Compensation is $70,000–$75,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, sick leave, vacation, holidays, and a 401(k) match.
