Top Aces is hiring a Warehouse Material Coordinator to support inventory management across satellite warehouses. The role handles material receipts, purchase-order validation, issues, transfers, shipping, courier bookings, inventory cycle counts, hazardous-material and controlled-goods compliance, warehouse-space optimization, supply orders, and coordination with logistics and supply-chain teams. The position requires prior shipping, receiving, inventory, or stores-management experience; French communication ability; MS Office proficiency; a valid forklift operator permit; and travel to operating sites in the United States, Europe, and Canada. It involves day, night, and weekend shifts, requires a Level 2 Canadian Government security clearance and Canadian Controlled Goods Program access, and includes occupational health and safety, ERP, dangerous-goods, MSDS, and forklift training.
