Smithfield is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler to support warehouse operations, including receiving and unloading trucks, checking and marking products, organizing and storing materials, documenting material movements, processing inventory receipts and transfers, verifying inventory, and maintaining warehouse housekeeping. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior powered industrial truck experience, PIT certification, the ability to lift 50 pounds, computer and basic math skills, and availability for scheduled hours that may include mandatory overtime. The position offers a starting hourly pay of $21.85, a $0.50 shift differential for third-shift positions, health insurance, retirement benefits, and an education benefit.
