The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees warehouse operations and a team of full-time employees, including staffing, training, performance management, scheduling, reporting, customer service, facility security, and inventory integrity. The role requires at least three years of warehouse operation and team management experience, knowledge of logistics service providers, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin.
