Description
The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees a team of full-time warehouse associates and directs warehouse operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, performance management, safety, inventory integrity, reporting, and disciplinary actions. The role requires at least two years of experience in third-party logistics warehouse management and team management, knowledge of the logistics sector, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin. The position offers a base pay of $84,000 per year and includes 401(k), dental, health, and vision insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
