Description
The Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for communicating with frontline and managerial staff, improving warehouse processes, tracking rejects, out-of-stock items, and inventory, and supporting night shipping operations. The role requires familiarity with tower picking, automated storage and retrieval, wave and sortation systems, loading, and WMS, ASRS, WCS, and case shipping software; the ability to identify shorted cases, reprint labels, and locate lost inventory; and strong Microsoft Office skills. The position requires a relevant high school degree or equivalent, 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution experience, experience in an automated warehouse preferred, and availability for evenings, nights, and weekends.
