BMI Merchandise is hiring a full-time Warehouse Operations Floor Supervisor in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. The role oversees receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory movement, workflow, staffing, attendance, performance, and operational standards while supervising warehouse associates. Candidates need at least two years of warehouse or distribution experience, bilingual English and Spanish, prior lead or supervisory experience preferred, strong warehouse operations knowledge, and basic computer skills. The schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
