Capstone Logistics is hiring a warehouse operations lead in St. Charles, Missouri, paying $25.00 per hour weekly. The role supports management through pre-shift meetings, safety observations, coaching, training, leadership communication, and yard marshalling, while overseeing workflow and receiving, loading, unloading, and pallet movement activities. The position is fast-paced and physical, requiring lifting 25–75 pounds and use of forklifts or pallet jacks; prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred, but training is available.
