The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for implementing business plans, staffing and scheduling, productivity reporting, budget and P&L management, quality and safety compliance, and supervising and developing warehouse associates and leaders. The role requires flexible shift availability, five years of industrial management and leadership experience, training and coaching ability, budget and reporting skills, PC and Excel proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
