Schnellecke Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager in Vance, Alabama, for a 3rd-shift schedule from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. The role leads warehouse operations, supervisors, and personnel; manages manpower, budgets, resources, service-level agreements, KPIs, safety, quality, and continuous improvement; and supports production stability and customer satisfaction. The position requires at least five years of logistics or operations leadership experience, knowledge of warehouse operations and KPI management, budget and labor-planning experience, Microsoft Office and warehouse management system proficiency, and the ability to work in a warehouse and office environment with physical and safety requirements.
