BD is hiring a Manager, Warehouse Operations to lead and optimize warehouse and distribution activities in a highly regulated medical technology environment. The role oversees inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, material flow, warehouse personnel, equipment, safety, regulatory compliance, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 5–7 years of progressive warehouse or distribution operations management experience, bilingual English and Spanish ability, leadership experience, WMS and ERP knowledge, and familiarity with GMP and regulatory requirements. The primary work location is Anasco, USA PR.
