The Warehouse Operations Manager will plan and control inbound warehouse operations, manage inventory and counts, oversee picking, packing, shipping, customer returns and complaints, coordinate with internal and external areas, monitor warehouse KPIs, and apply quality and process-improvement tools. The role requires a degree or technologist qualification in logistics, business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field, physical warehouse logistics experience, advanced Excel, and knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, WMS, and SAP ERP.
