Food Lifeline is hiring a fully onsite Warehouse Operations Manager in Seattle, Washington, to lead day-to-day warehouse operations and develop warehouse staff. The role oversees receiving, replenishment, inventory movement, order fulfillment, staging, and distribution; coordinates people and resources; addresses operational challenges; and promotes safety, accountability, teamwork, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have experience in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, food distribution, or another complex operational environment, while food safety, warehouse management systems, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance experience are advantageous. The position pays $34.00 to $46.00 hourly and includes employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
