GESTRA AG is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead warehouse, packing, receiving, and internal transport operations. The role is responsible for optimizing warehousing, picking, and shipping processes, monitoring order, safety, quality, and KPI performance, and coordinating with Production, Purchasing, and Planning. Candidates need vocational training plus further training in logistics, warehousing, or a comparable qualification, several years of operational warehouse logistics experience, leadership and decision-making skills, ERP/warehouse-system experience, and strong German skills.
