Description
Rohlik is hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and motivate a warehouse team in Liboc, plan and assign work, manage shift KPIs, monitor real-time operational data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements. The role requires experience leading people in a dynamic environment, active English, computer skills, and reliability; warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous but not required. The position works 12-hour shifts on a short/long week schedule from 06:00 to 18:00 and includes financial compensation, Xtra membership, extra time off, subsidized meals, and other employee benefits.
