Description
Rohlik is hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and motivate a shift team at its Brno warehouse, plan and assign work, monitor KPIs and real-time operational data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements. The role requires experience leading people in a dynamic environment, English proficiency, and computer skills; warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous but not required.
