Description
The Operations Manager reports to the Director of Operations and leads daily warehouse and distribution operations, including workflow and inventory management, scheduling, safety and quality compliance, vendor coordination, customer issue resolution, operational reporting, and employee coaching. The role supervises warehouse supervisors and associates, manages assets and budgets, supports FTZ compliance, and requires strong leadership, communication, planning, and logistics experience. A high school diploma or GED is listed, with five years of fast-paced logistics or manufacturing experience and three years of supervisory experience required.
