The role leads a logistics warehouse operation by developing shift managers, achieving KPI and cost targets, driving productivity and safety, managing budgets and six- to 12-month planning, building stakeholder relationships, improving processes, and leading talent reviews and succession planning. It requires logistics, health and safety, employment legislation, team-management, leadership, analytical, change-management, customer-focus, and budgeting and forecasting experience; an IOSH qualification is desirable but not essential.
