Weee! is hiring a full-time Warehouse Operations Manager to lead onsite fulfillment operations at its Clifton, New Jersey facility. The role oversees safety, inventory accuracy, labor planning, staffing, productivity, order fulfillment, compliance, team leadership, and cost control while managing a large team of 100+ associates. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of warehouse or manufacturing operations experience, 5+ years in a supervisory or management role, WMS experience, and familiarity with inventory control and workforce optimization. The role is onsite five days per week, starts at 3 p.m. EST, and pays a US base salary of $93,000 to $109,000.
