Sysco is hiring a Warehouse Operative for its multi-temperature warehouse in Hemel. The role involves picking and packing customer products, replenishing stock, loading lorries, and supporting accurate order processing while following health and food safety procedures. Shifts run Sunday to Thursday from 18:45 to 03:15 or 19:15 to 03:45, with rotation and one rest day per week. The annual salary is £31,975 plus additional pay for specified night and early-morning hours, plus bonus and benefits. Candidates should have attention to detail, basic language and calculation skills, comfort working in a cold environment, and the ability to lift up to 25kg; prior multi-skilled warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
