Description
The Warehouse Operator, 1st Shift, will receive, inspect, store, move, and ship raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in Germantown, Wisconsin. The role includes operating forklifts and pallet jacks, picking and shipping orders, maintaining inventory records, conducting cycle counts, following GMP and food-safety requirements, and supporting inventory investigations and continuous improvement. A high school diploma or equivalent and previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience are preferred, along with forklift certification or the ability to obtain it. The position pays $24.00 per hour and includes health care coverage, paid time off, and other benefits.
