Land O’Lakes, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Operator for a second-shift role from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed. The role performs inbound and outbound delivery coordination, forklift-based packing and loading, cycle counts, product staging, and warehouse organization. Candidates must be at least 18, have one year of work experience, hold forklift certification, and be able to lift up to 60 pounds and work in varying temperature and environmental conditions. The pay is $25.69 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential when applicable.
