The Warehouse Operator works with the Warehouse Supervisor to store and ship seed inventory, stage customer deliveries, verify shipment accuracy, maintain inventory records, follow quality-management procedures, and keep the warehouse clean and organized. The role requires forklift training and certification, physical lifting of materials up to 68 pounds, and attention to detail; agricultural and computer skills are beneficial.
