Howmet Fastening Systems is hiring an Operations Business Analyst for its Industrial Distribution Group in Waco, Texas. The role owns business processes across demand, order, inventory, warehouse, logistics, and distribution systems; establishes KPIs and reporting; supports continuous improvement; and coordinates with supply planning and other internal and external customers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, at least three years of supply chain or similar experience, strong data-analysis and programming skills, and the ability to work independently.
