ALDI is hiring a full-time warehouse operations associate for first-shift outbound shipping. The role involves selecting, relocating, sorting, organizing, loading, and preparing merchandise for store delivery, along with inventory, cleaning, product inspection, safety, sanitation, and equipment-operation duties. Employees work approximately 30–35 hours per week in ambient and temperature-controlled warehouse areas, with schedules varying by shift plan and pay ranging from $22.50 to $29.00 per hour depending on schedule and tenure.
