OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Package Handler Lead in Indianapolis to oversee the offloading, loading, sorting, inspection, and accuracy of packages for distribution. The role trains new handlers, supports business metrics, monitors equipment and freight, checks third-party driver credentials, and enforces safety procedures. It pays $19.00 per hour for a Friday-through-Monday shift from 3:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with a high school diploma or GED preferred, one year of industry experience, and one year of leadership experience preferred.
