IPG is hiring an hourly Packer in its Operations department to remove finished products from machinery, apply labels, pack items in bags and cartons, and prepare products for shipment. The role includes quality checks, machinery assistance, plant coverage, and work performed safely using lean manufacturing practices. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, while intermediate math and English communication skills, the ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours, and the ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds are required.
