Guardian Glass is hiring a Warehouse Process Engineer in DeWitt, Iowa to improve warehouse and logistics processes, partner across operations, quality, and logistics teams, and deliver measurable improvements in safety, inventory accuracy, and cost performance. The role involves glass manufacturing fundamentals, quality and customer issue resolution, variation reduction, audit and trend analysis, document control, customer-focused responses, and customer visits. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, or a related technical discipline, manufacturing or warehouse experience, statistical analysis and quality tools experience, and Microsoft Office data-analysis experience.
