Description
The Very Group is hiring a warehouse process manager to lead a small team of operatives on a Sunday-to-Tuesday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. shift. The role plans daily and weekly warehouse volumes, allocates resources, maintains stock accuracy and warehouse management system records, manages operational performance and KPIs, ensures health and safety and SLA compliance, handles customer and internal stakeholder requirements, and supports continuous improvement, staffing budgets, and warehouse-space optimisation. Candidates need warehouse experience, prior supervisory or managerial experience, Microsoft Office literacy, strong communication and prioritisation skills, and the ability to make safety and operational decisions.
