Description
ER2 is hiring a full-time Warehouse Team Member to process electronic goods in an ITAD environment. The role receives retired IT assets, weighs and records them, assesses resale value, tests and sorts electronics, removes hazardous materials, dismantles valuable parts, and prepares materials for recycling. The position also supports logistics pickups, operates forklifts and pallet jacks, maintains warehouse equipment, and may cross-train in ITAM client programs. It requires 1–2+ years of relevant experience, hands-on electronics dismantling, hardware assessment, data-bearing-device handling, inventory-system accuracy, hazardous-material safety knowledge, and forklift or pallet-jack certification. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with compensation of $23–$25 per hour.
