TOMRA is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Farmington, New York to support the Operations Manager with driver and plant productivity, safety and DOT compliance, SOP enforcement, production scheduling, inventory and shipping, employee and customer training, and customer service. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, an associate degree or related technical education, at least two years of warehouse, manufacturing, or transportation experience, and at least one year of supervisory or management experience. The schedule is 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM Monday through Friday, with pay of $65,000 per year plus bonus potential and benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement matching, and paid time off.
