The Warehouse Shift Leader oversees daily warehouse operations during a specific shift, leading warehouse staff and coordinating receiving, inspection, storage, rotation, order selection, loading, repacking, quality checks, safety compliance, capacity planning, and customer service. The role requires a high school diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, more than five years of relevant warehouse and repacking experience, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of safety and OSHA regulations, and a forklift license.
