Sysco GB is hiring a Warehouse Shift Manager for its multi-temperature warehouse in Hemel. The role leads a team during the 21:00–05:30 shift, creating a productive, safe, and supportive environment; driving performance and customer service; managing change; and meeting health and safety obligations. The manager should have FMCG or similar warehouse leadership experience, knowledge of SAP, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to use data and colleague input to improve performance. The position pays £48,175 plus shift-rate supplements and includes benefits such as a pension scheme, holiday, training, and discounts.
