Description
The Warehouse Specialty Associate performs customized fabrication and paint services in a warehouse, operating industrial saws, paint mixing systems, tinters, and other specialized equipment. The role focuses on safely handling products, creating custom products, labeling and preparing orders for delivery, meeting performance expectations, and supporting picking, labeling, and shipping as needed. Candidates need a high school diploma, GED, or trade school education; less than one year of computer experience; physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and operate power equipment; and adherence to safety protocols. Powered equipment, distribution-center experience, spatial reasoning, and power-tool or paint-mixing experience are preferred.
