The Warehouse Supervisor will lead and develop first-shift warehouse employees at the Story City, Iowa distribution center, managing talent, scheduling, supply chain operations, compliance and safety, inventory control, quality, and employee development. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of people-management experience, and two or more years of operations or warehouse management experience, along with Microsoft Office proficiency. The position operates five days per week from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with possible evening and weekend work, and pays $70,800 to $106,200.
