Description
The Warehouse Supervisor will lead approximately 40 warehouse employees at the Beerse distribution center, oversee incoming and outgoing goods flows, manage staff scheduling, coach and evaluate employees, and ensure safety, quality, procedures, and cross-departmental cooperation. The role requires around five years of logistics leadership experience, strong people-management skills, ERP, Excel, and Outlook proficiency, and fluent Dutch and English communication.
