KDC-ONE is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for its kdc/one Aromair facility in New Albany, Ohio. The role leads daily warehouse operations—including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling—while supervising, coaching, and developing employees, managing staffing and workflow, maintaining safety and productivity, resolving operational issues, supporting lean and continuous-improvement initiatives, and coordinating with other departments. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or at least three years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, along with Microsoft Office and ERP proficiency, strong Excel, leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
