Land O’Lakes is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for the second shift at its dairy manufacturing facility. The role manages inbound purchase orders, outbound shipments, material transfers, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, safety training, customer service, and warehouse equipment operations, while leading and developing the warehouse team. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with weekends and off-shift work as production requires. Candidates need an associate degree or 6+ years of leadership experience in a food or dairy manufacturing warehouse or logistics role, plus 2+ years of supervisory experience in the same setting; knowledge of the E1 system is helpful, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The salary range is $70,800 to $106,200.
