USCS is hiring a full-time Warehouse Supervisor in Lebanon, Indiana, reporting to the Superintendent and working Monday through Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. The role leads the Cold Crew, coordinates warehouse workflow, allocates labor, manages scheduling and timecards, oversees safety and food-safety compliance, supervises performance reviews, and coordinates shipping and receiving activities. The position requires warehouse supervision experience, familiarity with warehouse computer applications and MS Office, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work in a cold-chain environment.
