Description
The Warehouse Supervisor directs daily warehouse operations, supervises warehouse associates, develops schedules, coordinates staffing and training, manages inventory and equipment, supports hiring and performance management, and ensures compliance with safety, security, sanitation, and regulatory requirements. The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of warehouse or distribution-center experience, leadership and planning skills, warehouse-management-system knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
