Kevin’s Natural Foods is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inbound and outbound shipments, shipping and receiving specialists, warehouse workers, inventory, and supplies. The role includes reviewing food safety requirements, completing packing slips and records, staging shipments, following FIFO, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, verifying lot and item numbers, inspecting vehicles, coordinating delivery schedules, and reporting defects or accidents. The position requires prior forklift experience and certification, a valid driver license, strong communication and problem-solving skills, flexibility for cyclical 24/7 operations, and the ability to lift heavy supplies. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and the salary range is $72,000–$80,000 annually plus benefits and bonus.
