Description
Upstate Niagara Cooperative is hiring two Warehouse Supervisors, one for the 1st Shift (5:30 a.m.–3 p.m.) and one for the 2nd Shift (3 p.m.–3 a.m.), with weekend and holiday availability. The role directs trailer load-out, production, maintenance, quality control, shipping, inventory, safety, employee performance, training, and continuous-improvement activities. Candidates need a high school diploma, leadership and analytical abilities, communication and computer skills, and preferably a bachelor’s degree in food science or business or prior dairy/food manufacturing and warehousing experience. The salary is $70,000–$85,000 per year.
